Charles Beckwith

Charles Beckwith obtained his law degree from the University of Melbourne and was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in Victoria in 1974.

Charles is also admitted to practice in the Australian Capital Territory and has signed the High Court Roll. Charles is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, a Mediator and a Notary Public. He also practices in the areas of general litigation, wills and deceased estates.

Sandrah Scott

Sandrah Scott, our Conveyancing Manager, has been with the firm since 2001.

Sandrah has close to 30 years experience in conveyancing and property matters, from residential conveyancing to major property developments, and has a special interest in Retirement Village Conveyancing, Aged care and complex conveyancing transactions. Sandrah’s professional and empathetic approach, together with her sound knowledge and attention to detail have gained her a solid reputation and respect within the industry. Sandrah and her support team within our Conveyancing Department will ensure that your property transactions are handled with care and professionalism.

Carol Kidd

Carol Kidd is our Estates Manager. She is a Paralegal who has undertaken law studies at Deakin University and has many years of legal experience including Litigation, Family Law, Property and Commercial law. Carol currently practises in Estates Management, including administration of deceased estates:- Probate, litigation of claims made against estates and property transactions.

Roberts Beckwith Partners also acts under Power of Attorney for clients who are unable to look after their own affairs. Carol manages the legal, financial and living needs on their behalf.

Jenny Spicer

Jenny Spicer graduated from Monash University with a double degree Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (Psychology) in 1999. Jenny was admitted to practice as an Australian Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria is 2000. In 2013, Jenny was admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia.

Jenny practices in the areas of general law, family law, litigation, wills and deceased estates.

Cara Litterick

Cara Litterick obtained her Law Degree at Monash University and was admitted to practice as an Australian Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria in early 2010. Cara has since been admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Art History and Politics) from the University of Melbourne.

Cara joined Roberts Beckwith Partners as a family lawyer, with experience also in crime and intervention order matters. She practices in these areas, along with wills, deceased estates and litigation. Cara regularly appears on behalf of clients in the local Magistrates' and Federal Circuit Courts.
